Uses King Cole Gypsy Super Chunky yarn - which grows very fast. Other similar thickness yarn may be used but user must check tension to ensure correct size is produced. Uses 8mm and 10mm needles.

Hooded Gilet requires 6 x 100g balls for 32"-34" and 34"-36" sizes, 7 balls for 36"-38" and 38"-40" sizes and 8 balls for 40"-42" size.
Jacket requires 5 x 100g balls for 32"-34" size, 6 balls for 34"-36" and 36"-38" sizes and 7 balls for 38"-40" and 40"-42" sizes.
